If you want to use our theme but do not know how to install or just want some things modified please contact us, just open up a ticket tell us what you want and we will give you custom pricing. Here are some fixed prices
Installation of the theme $120
1 hour of customization work $65
All fee's can be paid with paypal and have to be paid in front.
For custom project aboven $500 we can arrange a 50/50 payment.

Welcome to the support helpdesk portal for 3000 Themes. This is your way to information, support, feature requests and more. Please read further to know how to submit the perfect support request ticket.
How to request support
You can e-mail us at support@3000themes.com or fill in a Support request form at the top of this page. Be sure to formulate your question or problem. If you have multiple questions or problems please list them up by numbers, This way we can easily help you.
Be sure to supply us with you Admin login credentials, FTP logins and your development or live URL when requesting for technical support. This is important to get directly started at your task. All details will be kept private and will be deleted after completion of your task.
How far does the support go?
As long as there are bugs, general questions or things unclear in the documentation you can always request support. For customizations, extra features or ongoing questions about how to configure basic elements we can request for a small fee. This fee will be agreed upon before we start working. This way nobody gets any surprizes.
